Another easy to grow great groundcover - the flowers resemble impatiens or phlox in their shape. I liked the hot pink eye on this one. I received a message from Sandi(tigger)that she asked me to share: Hello Kathy, Can you do me a favor please, and let our friends know that I will be back soon. Just really very busy here lately. I hope to start commenting and catching up over the next few days. I hope you have a wonderful 4th! Sandi

Kathy, a double thanks.
Thanks for informing us about our friend Sandi.
Thanks too for sharing this beautiful Vinca (minor?) species image with us.
The Vinca (major) is a popular garden plant here. They are mainly planted here because of their evergreen leaves and their purple flowers.

They are beautiful. My mother loves these and I can remember her flower beds always being alive with them.
Thanks for the update on Tigz.
Excellent shot Kathy.
