Well, we are in our 22nd hour of snowstorm Orlena - you know they are bad when they name them! We've had about 9" by 10:00am and it is still snowing and is expected to continue until about 7:00pm tonight. We should total about 11-12" by the time it's over. Here's one I took the other day - you can see a very little strip of the sidewalk. Add up Tuesday and today and we should have about 20" of snow-cover. So much for what was until last week a mild winter.

I'm ready for Spring! THis is a good winter capture, we had about 6 inches here, so nothing like what your dealing with. tigs=^..^=

Kathy, Olena is coming our way as well - we've had light snow today which is the first storm - the second storm, a Nor'easter, will ramp up tonight and continue into Monday and Tuesday - expected snowfall is area 7- 12" - the news reported that there are 110 million people who will be impacted by this major storm - Love your shot and spring can't come soon enough - Great Capture and Take Care!!!!!!!!!!

Kathy, the same in my country: if a (snow)storm gets a name, it's an indication for severe weather conditions. No snow covered streets in my area however, but roof tiles blown away to the street or sidewalk. In such a situation I prefer a temporary winter wonderland above the danger of been hit by a flying roof tile.
