Or maybe nectar? Taken at the Waystation Whatever this flower is, the monarchs love it. The one with the split wing had just landed. Edit: I just learned something new about monarchs - how to tell the male from the female. The female has thicker lines on the upper wing. So in this shot there is a male and a female. The female is the upper one. How exciting!

Gorgeous, Hilda. You caught them at exactly the right time. They look like they're in heaven with all that nectar to be had. Your clarity is outstanding and the colors are perfect!!

Wow Hilda
Caedes voters love this one with a C-index rating of 88. The clarity's very good for the lighting conditions but the image confuses me.
