She must make her own hairspray special formula, lost in time. Her dress was so fun to draw!!! It took like 7 hours or a little less, but so worth it eh? THANNNNKS!!

As long as nobody's fins got thrashing about, there'd be no problem with froth.
From an old and boring mer-man point of view, it wasn't something I'd considered a problem, except when the younger types come ripping around the corner, trying to impress by flashing their scales in the sun.
Wonder if younger mer-types go in for bigger spoilers and fins to impress.
Perhaps there's a mer-version of "The Fast and the Furious"?
Then again, they shouldn't drink and dive.
