What I mean by "In Disguise" is an object, animal, bird or insect that is so hidden in a photo that you have to look twice to see it. Manipulations are of course allowed and so are abstracts etc.
Cats? Wasn't someone doing the crusader bit last contest concerning limiting submissions to photography? Doesn't "Cats" limit submissions even more? Personally, I'm voting for "In Disguise", one that will include animals--of all species--but that digital artists and fractalists can enter submissions for. After all, if you look at bfrank's fractal "The Bizarre" submission in the Bizarre contest and don't recognize rows of fangs from a nasty creature found in the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine" movie, then you're just not looking. The last contest garnered a single page of submissions... 12 entries people!!! The one before that was 13. Instead of limiting submissions we need to choose themes that invite more, not less, involvement. Otherwise let's just say goodnight, Irene.
