A committee of Buzzards were taking a break from feasting on Road Kill. The way people drive in these parts, there is always plenty for them to eat. They leave in the winter and the Eagles take over their clean up duties. They may be ugly, but like all species, they are useful. When they feed, they change from a committee to a wake. Thought this might fit for Manic Monday.

Whoa!...I've just come directly from viewing Lyn's seagulls to this image...with the dark tones, ominous mood, and more birds, I suddenly feel I've been carried off by Alfred Hitchcock and his feathered friends, lol...great choice going with b/w and also a good one for MM.

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), to me, this is an intriguing photo with a macabre character. Would be a perfect entry for the SNATM-theme (🎥) with respect to Alfred Hitchcock's 'The Birds' movie.
