I guess the phrase should be that the early "Spring" bird gets the worm! Your star here is clearly ready for food, conversation, or about anything else that could contest it going in or going out of that open beak! A judging society waits to learn what comes next!

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), is it screaming of hunger or is it rehearsing for a singing performance for the bird youth choir. I hope for the former, 😁 !
