This 'family' walked right in front of me at the Zoo the other day. Mom didn't seem bothered with me getting a bit closer but sure kept her eye on me. Enjoy and as always, thanks for stopping in, I appreciate all of you. Anita
Thanks to all who comment on pictures in my gallery. Please accept my apologies if I am unable to thank you each time, and please don't feel obligated to thank me for my comments.
Another great and fun shot. They just don't stop for us to get a sharp shot, do they? But an adorable image. What's happening on her head? Poor thing has some serious wart issues... anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
What a wonderful shot! Love this family! I've never seen a mother duck with those markings very unusual. The babies are a bit cuter. Great composition!

Wait a minute here. Who has Mom been with? A couple of those children to dnot match her looks. Hummmmmmmmmmmm. Perhaps a little hanky panky on the pond? Oh well, they are precious. Nice work.

Absolutely lovely Anita, Instead of taking the kids to a nursery, could Mom be taking them to a ' quackery ' I'll keep this one Anita. Fantastic detail, one to show my grandkids.
Thanks.

I would appear that it has been a very good week at zoos everywhere. Talk about perfect timing. Although they are cute that's just a ruse, the quack pack is lining up to attack you:) This is too cute for words. Kudos, Anita.
I love it! This is what life is all about isn't it? Just looking at these fuzzy lil' guys brings a smile to my face. Thank you for the enlightened post:)
It looks like mummy has gone out of her own breed here. They take after daddy i think....hey maybe she has made a new kinda duck???? They are certainly very cute, how could anyone shoot these beautys. I must appologies for my out burst there, i have just been watching Autumn watch on the TV and have seen all the birds returning and retreating to warmer climes. I think mummy is rather proud of her kiddies here. great shot.
Rather unusual mother duck here...haven't seen one like this before...very endearing to see her with her babies...great work in getting this one without scaring them away.:Pat.
I've never seen a duck that color before! Amazing..I didnt know there was such a thing! lol the "kids" as you put it are real cute. You can almost feel their soft & fuzziness! Nice shot!
