This is an incredibly perfect capture, the beauty of this flower is breathtaking. The detail is so very good, that I can almost feel the softness of the petals, which literally leaves me speechless, almost. :) I even adore the shadows on the petals! A favorite.... really, really well done.

Very nicely done. And maybe the rose bush doesn't feel old. Maybe it's just hitting it's prime. The quality of its flowers would seem to indicate it's still healthy. The delicate pastel quality of roses is starting to addict me to them. Maybe you too. Under the right light they have an almost confectionary quality, like they're made of sugar.
