Powerful lift boats that can move boats up to 650 tons. Replacing the slipway which was equipped with the port, he hoisted per year, more than 250 ships - 10 long and 60 meters of any kind - on medians.

Again a to me very interesting image Christian. Such a sophisticated boat lift makes the (usual) maintenance and/or repair of the ship's hull much more easy rather than the use of a traditional slipway.
