You could find this boat on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, next to the Glacier Pasterze. It is a sculpture, that should remind people of something ... but I forgot what it is about ...

Gosh we really are up in the clouds here Sabine! What a surprise it is to have a boat in the mountains and I was thinking there must be some mountain lakes, but after reading your narrative I understand it is a sculpture. I really love the tones and contrasts in this image it is almost sepia coloured.

You've disappointed me to a certain extend by telling this is a sculpture Sabine, as I thought you had discovered (because of the melting glaciers) one of the life-boats of Noah's Ark, lol.
