Ironically, I was just thinking that this look like an abstract view of the box turtle I just submitted. Many years ago, while spending far too many hours in my painting studio in college, chasing a degree in fine art, a fellow art major (and fraternity brother) had a pretty good brain fart. His specialty in painting (oil) was phot realism (exceptionally good) while I specialized in something more hard-edged and graphic, painting (acrylic) only the areas of light or shadow in an image. We decided to collaborate on a piece, marking off diagonal slashes of space across a canvas, top to bottom. We drew an image that filled the entire canvas but we traded off painting every other slash of space... photo / graphic / photo / graphic / photo / graphic / etc. Seeing the upturned face of a turtle in your work brought that late-1970s collaboration to memory.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Hope you don't tire of my free association with your images...but to me it looks like a piece of attire...something a bit celebratory like mardi gras....I'm not seeing any engines...
I've never seen an engine/motor that fine, Bruce. The advantage is that it's not in need for fuel to produce energy. A 'dynamic' and 'powerful' render, Buddy!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
