This was taken at the Battery Mendell (MENDELL) located here: RFC9+QC Tamalpais-Homestead Valley, California. The door is about 5' tall and the ring is about 10' diameter and about 2' thick. They are not located together, I just superimposed the ring image over the door image to create one image. This is the same area that I posted pictures of Bird Island And Rodeo Beach a few weeks/months back:) Thanks for your comments. I have few more to share later:):)

Bruce, superimposing a photograph of the ring on the image of the door suggests that they belong together. However, your narrative says that in reality they are not located together. So I'm wondering what you're trying to tell us by putting these two images together. I agree with Lyn that an exciting story can be 'composed' about it. With your creativity and ingenuity, that won't be a problem for you, Buddy!
