You know how many women, when taken by complete surprise or even horror, will make a giant "O" with their mouth and then place both hands over it to cover it? Yeah, I don't get it either but, that is what first popped into my mind when I read your title and saw the image. Twin shocked ladies, in fact, as painted by Edvard Munch [muunk].
