Taken at Disney World Fort wilderness resort. You can watch as a farrier (professional horse shoe-er) will shoe horses.

Alex, in the past (I don't know if that's nowadays the case), superstitious people thought that a horseshoe brought luck. They were therefore often hung next to the front door.

I don't know whether you've accepted a horse shoe with the above purpose.

What I know however, is that you've provided us with a nice action shot ('action' for the farrier but not for the horse, ☺).

It's so nice to see the farrier at work Alex - in modern times it's rare to see one of these craftsman at work - that horse is a magnificent animal - Great Capture!!!:-):-):-)

I have a horsewoman friend who is very slim, not a lot of visible muscle, seems to be constantly dealing with bones and bruises healing from accidents with her horse, and is 60 years old. When she works on hooves she just plants that hoof between her knees and files and picks away. Hmmmmm... maybe that's one of the reasons she's always healing?
