A while back I drove down to the south shore and took some photos at E.G Simmons Park. I could kick myself because I was there once, found the perfect vista and lighting with the power plant in the distance, and didn't have my camera! In any event, here is one shot that is pretty decent. In the upper right hand portion of the picture you can see downtown Tampa. Downtown St. Pete is just out of the shot to the left. Here's an entry that shows the whole pano, albeit a bad stitching job I realise.

Hope you don't mind my honesty but as with your first entry, there is a slight tilt to the horizon, but otherwise a nice serene, calming shot, Alex, and I like how you can see the power plant way off in the distance...do you have any programs to help with correcting the tilt?...if not, let me know and I will send a msg that offer programs that are free downloads.

Hi. Thanks Mesmerized for the comment, but I am not sure which photo you are referring to? This one, or the one I mentioned in the link? The one in the link is not one of my better works and I understand there needs be better editing. I really do not see a tilt in this image though.

Alex, I've downloaded this image and has checked whether it was tilted by means of a grid in Photoshop/Filter/Distort/Lens correction, and I see a slightly/minor tilt.
So SAW (Pat) is right, but on the other hand I like to say that without the aid of the PS feature the minor tilt is poorly visible and therefore isn't disturbing to me.

To me this image resembles a modern/contemporary abstract that exudes a tranquilizing effect.

Conclusion: still a very fine one!! Thanks for providing it with us!

I took another look at this Alex, in fact, like Cornelius, I downloaded it to see if it was just my eyes playing tricks with me...there is just the slightest tilt downward on the right side, but nothing serious and is barely noticeable...my apologies for mentioning it:)

I really like the clear water in the foreground Alex. You live in a beautiful part of the state.

Very serene photo you took here. I do see Tampa on the top right like you said but it still looks like it was very peaceful and calming even with that in the distance. It will make a nice desktop wallpaper. Thanks for posting it. :)
