I apologise that I haven't commented more lately. I'm working on getting caught up, so maybe soon. Not meaning to be too cathartic, but today is the 5th anniversary of my mom's passing. I remember Corngrowth's beloved wife also passed a couple weeks later on October 7th. It's true that time does heal most wounds, and I am more joyful for the time spent together. This was taken at her work April 2000 and as some may know, that's me on the right.

Wow Alex, it is so nice to see another fellow Caedesian after sharing our pictures here for all these years.I wish we had pictures of all members. Sorry about your mom passing away but so nice to see who you are:):) My mom has no plans on leaving us for some reason- shes 95 and her sister is 101!!! Anyway, thanks for sharing a part of your life here. A great picture of you two!:):)

Hello Alex, you're right. On October 7th, 2018 it's five years ago that my beloved wife has passed away. I still miss her dearly.
Therefore it's not hard to me to imagine what the loss of your beloved Mom has done and still do to you. Only fond memories remain.
This capture will be helpful to that. Cherish this capture with its memories, my friend!

Great photo Alex. What a great memory. Time does help to heal the pain. It's the memories that helps the heart.
Best to you and SEA.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
