nice shot. Good lines from the river edge and trees. Good framing and capturing all the fishing action, even though the image looks still and calm. B/w is good. I would prefer a darker tone to the image though. Different filter or adjust histogram...? maybe...? Great image though.

Looks Pretty much like a Sharpened B & W to me Randy
Still a Very Nice Image.
I think the Scene itself is Wonderful.
Have you got it in Color ? Let's See it and Compare.

I like the placement of the people in this scene, works well.It has some bright spots and I agree with Manny on darkening or tweaking things some.

Nice composition but I kind of have to agree with the above comment about this looking like a sharpened b/w image. I think a color presentation might work better or or maybe just a plain old b/w conversion.

You have been presenting new things that I have to give some thought to before commenting. That in itself is a good thing; making me think, I mean. Minutes pass..............well, I think it was a great idea. I am just not sure that this is the right image for infrared filters, mostly because of the people. It seems a little incongruous that they are fishing midstream and there is snow on the ground. I do like what it does for the trees though. I'd like to see the color version too or is it in your gallery already?

Well I don't know about the infra-stuff, but it looks to me as though these guys are asking to get their lines tangled up :)

I think I agree also that this may not be a great choice for a B/W work, you have to stick a '54 Chevy Truck in there or something ;)

Nice shot all the same though.

This probably isnt the greatest scene in the world to try and do an infra with, you probably would be better with something with alot more foliage to get the effect better perhaps, although i do like this shot, it does look more like a black and white than an infra apart from the trees which do look pretty neat.
