Happy Christmas everyone!!
Im sorry im so far behind as usual! But i also hope you all have a great crimbo and happy new year! Thanks for views and comments!
AHA! So you uploaded it. It's stunning this one - so delicate, beautiful colour, reflections, lovely composition. Like something off the cover of a CD or a scene in a film...Miss Smilla's feeling for snow (edit - make that sense of snow - thanks Cindy!) comes to mind. Brilliant shot Jan.
BUT it doesn't get the Christmas presents wrapped. Now get back to it!
Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.
Wasn't it Smilla's sense of snow? Oh, whatever, Calgon take me away, this is wonderfully dreamy, mysterious and beautiful. Another Jan original. Merry Christmas, dear lady!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I really like it Jan. I can't believe with the mist and darkness the reflection is so good. It's anything but a Blue Christmas with such a wonderful post as this. Happy Holidays.

Jan,
Wowsa!! This is simply beautiful. The blues are incredible as is the composition and reflection. I agree with Nigel above, it does look as if it could be a CD cover or something. Would be beautiful framed in my guest room (hmmmm.....)!!! Lovely post - Pam
