I agree with Stan. The Depth was the First thing that caught my eye also.
The Sky is also Wonderful.
Yes, it should be called The Erie Ocean. LOl.
Thanks Jim.
Fantastic! My what great clarity and great lighting on this beautiful shot! The wide view contributes to a sense of the water being vast in size. So nice!
Jimbob, I agree with what has been said and I just got some more today of Lake Michigan. :) The great lakes are awesome and your capture really caught the vastness. =^..^= sandi ♪ ♫ ♪
This looks MUCH better on my computer compared to Lora's!..lol..Beautiful Jim! So natural with great water waves that I love! And I won't say 'truly one of your best'..lol..(inside joke)

Hello Jim....It is the simplicty of this picture which makes it stand out...With the amount of comments you have on this one their is no doubt in the eyes of the viewer it is a pleasure to view...Good stuff....Well done Jim....All the best....Mick.
spotted this straight away in your gallery. I like the placement and isolation of the light/beacon against the rest of the image. Shows good thinking when taking the image. I might have sunk the boat on the horizon, for the sake of keeping the lines clutter-free, but others would think that abit over the top. Great stuff though!
