He looks like Standing Bird, a relative of Sitting Bull, Hunkpapa Lakota Sioux medicine man JimboB. From his colors I would say he is about to go on the warpath.

Truly magnificent, Jim! I especially love the pattern created by it's white feathers atop the black ones! And, but of course it's spiky "do" and red markings! A beautiful specimen for sure! Saved + faved.
