This last image of the series gives us a good overview of the scene. Everything has to come to an end, so the contents of my wallet too, lol. Thanks for this wonderful series Jimbob, I've enjoyed it very much.
The area seemed a lot larger in the individual shots JimboB. I was getting worried about you and the heat. I see you found a nice high spot where there was a breeze so you could cool off. Great series. I look forward to the next.
You did a wonderfully fine job on all of these photos, Jim. You took so many great shots. I'd have snapped one of everything and called it a day at 100 degrees. Phew!
And still not a single soul in sight!! ha ha Great view of the lock and bridge behind. I expect you went and got yourself a long cold drink after walking this canal in that heat. I have enjoyed this series, and also still marvel at the way you present your photography in your brilliant distintive style. Well done! Ann
Really enjoyed this series. I think after seeing all your shots on this, if for any reason I would ever be up in the area to visit this place I think I could take a walk somewhere else that I haven't already been. LOL Really loved it, Jim!
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
