Where'd you say you're from again? Ohio? Did you know the capital of Ohio is O? lol This is a pretty Autumn presentation with the red mill and green grass balanced by the golden tress and blue clouds. Lots of eye drawing primary colors in a well composed image including the iron bridge. Nice one, Jimbob!

Beautiful autumn scene with all its beauty and colors. Imagine that, I like it, Jim, although it's an autumn view. LOL

This is a good angle of that mill and bridge. The colours of those Autumn leaves stand out well too. A lovely image Jim. Well done!

Very fine composition Jimbob. The dramatic sky makes it in my humble opinion even finer rather than with a blue sky. Well done. mate!

In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art. ~Rumi~

I suspect you waited for the leaves to fall so you could get this fine composition JimboB. Good plan. It is a true beauty.
I also see it has been nominated for the AC. Another good plan.

Hi, Jimbob...

This reminds me of my 20+ years growing up in Illinois and Iowa with those "winter is just around the corner" clouds and the leaves falling off the trees. Brings back some great memories of playing football and coming home with grass stained pants and a busted lip.

I apologize for not being more specific, but I can't find any wrong with your posting other than the maximum image size is too small and a little more narrative might help.

While I can't criticize your shot, I think someone should tell the contractor that the roof is bowed.

As far as I'm concerned, this is one of those calendar shots

Jimbob - A terrific country scene. The old bridge and mill among the autumn trees makes a pretty composition. Some fine post-photo work as well. Thad

Well done, Jim. Just one item worth mentioning. The two treetops that exit the top border do create a distraction in the viewing flow, and well worth the minute or two to clone and repair the pruning.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
