Good Lord this photo is crystal clear. It has the appearance of a manip in that the upper portion of the image in the low land ... looks as if it were a beautiful mural I'd see painted on a wall, while a photo of the bottom half has been stitched to it. I'm sure that's not the case but that's how it struck me. It's a beautiful landscape and a handsome capture you've posted Eve.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

The rock outcroppings look like basalt and the trees look as though they were intentionally planted in those neat rows. Looks like quite a lovely view from this spot.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

No wonder your country is the backdrop for so many lovely scenes in movies...I think I've told you that I once knew a woman from NZ and she came here because she married a US military man. I can't imagine how she ever bore the homesickness...what a gorgeous place and we're so lucky you're there to capture it for us...thanks.
There is something so fresh and lively about this scene. I believe the rich green of the grass contributes a good deal. The rocks in the foreground make a nice contrast to the rolling landscape leading to the misty mountains. Great composition and presentation.
Wow, I think you could be a travel agent for New Zealand - I'm ready to buy a ticket today! The colors in this are soothing and the eye just takes the whole thing in bit by bit.. this is wonderful,

That is beautiful. I love what you can make that FZ7 do. Do you know that camera is still being sold? Saw an advertisement for it yesterday. What a gorgeous scene this is. very relaxing image.

Wow you’ve got leading lines, interesting angles and even a couple of dihedrals in there. And it all comes together in a very pleasing way. You have also managed to get quite a painterly look to it, which is also pleasing to my eye. That is beautifully done Eve and a real credit to you.
