Yes, Lyn it must be so - that is why we have seasonal flowers, indoor and outdoor flowers etc. Beautiful flowers here in their natural habitat and a lovely frame to go with it.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.

Very pretty my dear, and a good quote also. Beauty is taken too much for granted in todays hustle and bustle world I think. :)

The shadow and light play really make this one stand out...so many rich and believable colors make up a banquet of a feast for the eyes.

You find such lovely plantings, Eve. What wonderful flowers these are and I agree that showing the woodsy background makes it even better.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
