My last post for a few days as I travel to visit family. Back early next week, and I think I will still be smiling from all your lovely comments on the front page - thank you :). . . . This Euphorbia characias wolfenii (Mediterranean Spurge)just about to pop it's buds open grows almost everywhere in my garden. It reaches about 1.5m in height and self seeds with gay abandon. The flowers start mid winter and continue through spring/summer to mid autumn.

Love the different shades of green/yellow mix. Very clear. What I know about flowers you could put in a Hummingbird's brain. Thanks for sharing knowledge.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
