A very stormy looking sky, but so much blue still visible on the landscape. That and the silhouetted foreground making this a very appealing landscape.

A threatening sky so well captured! The sea is calm so I suppose it was just a passing shower approaching. Very well composed, Lyn.

Excellent Lyn. How was the visit with the grandchildren? You sure brought back a beautiful image so I am guessing it was great. Love the view and the foreground. Such an outstanding post.

Lyn - I know you mentioned previously uour consternation at images being archived with high scores so I though I'd drop in and explain why I didnt perm this one.

generally speaking I like the aesthetics a lot but the thing that spoiled the party for me with this was the weird effects that have occured along the contrasting edges either caused by in camera or post processing effects. there is quite a strong halo framing a lot of elements that indicates a lot of digital trickery and is always a big bug bear for me :-)
