Today we visited a Sunflower Maze, grown by a small local school as a fundraiser. These were 5 blooms we brought home with us. The largest is 9 1/2 inches across, and out in the field they towered above us. Bella had to investigate of course but I only managed this quick snap before she leapt off.

My old art professor would call this an image representation of excellent balance. Balance between organic and inorganic elements. I would agree entirely and, while I am not the cat fancier my brother is, that certainly is a pretty kutz. Just the right amount of white and the various colors to create a soft contras. Just makes one want to run their hand over her head and back.
