Very nice work, Pat. And a good good B & W. :o)

Only caveat I have, is that of your selection of the sky (noise removal?)

Needs to be cleaned up some. And perhaps a tad too soft.

However, and with that said, your foray into B & W is off to a wonderful start with this posting here.

Looking forward to more from you. :o)

And but of course, thank you for sharing your creative pursuits and talents with us. :o)

---If only those old buildings could talk---

It would cost hours and hours to listen to their stories, but would leave us speachless as well, Momma.

Thanks for another great B&W post. You're doing very well with them.

Regards, Cornelius.

B/W is well suited for an image like this. If those buildings could talk there would me enough material for a few good movies! The image - sad and beautiful!

You have done well here Pat. The b&w version suits this perfectly as it resembles an old time western movie set of sorts. Very nice indeed........+purmusic sure has a keen eye ey?? :):) BB

A fine looking B&W scene Pat. It looks like it could be from a town in the wild west. Nice work, Saved.

I suspect if those buildings could talk, someone with something to hide would burn them down. Better for them to keep it to themselves. All you have to do is close your eyes and it comes to life with Saturday shoppers. They stop and visit. Listen closely and you will hear the stories Owd Momma. A great post and I like your discovery of b/w.

The B&W highlights the textures in the image so much more than colour would and this in turn gives the picture some real depth.

I love this in B&W, Momma... it does highlight the textures more than a color image would do. Old places like this fascinate me and I always think the same thing as you, if only they could talk...
