I read in a photography magazine that we pass by many a photo right in our own back yards and that anybody should be able to find at least three things worthy of a snap right on their own property. So, with camera in hand off I went trouncing about my little part of the world. Here is the first of three things I found. Canon 50D.

OOh!! If he's itsy bitsy, You must have gotten pretty close to him, or done a great cropping job. Either way its great.

Each leg almost looks like a snake! Nice horror shot Momma - you have shown us more than three things already - cats, ducks. flowers etc. etc.

Even without the waterspout he's still a beauty. I have no problems with spiders - it's snakes that give me the creeps.

Ooh!... I *think* this is a spider in the "Argiope" family. I found some at my college a few years back and submitted some photos to an entomologist to figure out what it was. Gorgeous spider :)

I never see anything but black or dark brown spiders around here. You sue have captured this bugger in all it's glory. For a spider, he's pretty durn handsome. LOL. Sensational clarity, Momma. That 50D and you are a good team.
