You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Paul although this is already a stunning image, you've made me very curious. Although that boat seems to be not that stable, I will follow you (my curiosity is stronger than my fear, lol). Regards, Cornelius
Well, you can take your camera over and get some pics. I'll stay here and guard the..umm...wharf..that's it! I'll be interested in what you can find after you take your cruise in that rickety-looking boat! What a lovely mix of elements you have here!
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
I never trust a boat when there's an apparent bail bucket in case of problems. Looks like the windmill is pointing downstream telling me to get the "heck" out of there. Colors are greats in this photo as is detail and composition. I'll stick my thumb in the boat and give it a try. Good post.
All of earth is crammed with heaven And every bush aflame with God But only those who see take off their shoes. - Elizabeth Barrett Browning<p>

Hmmm can't decide wether I wanne go and take a closer look at that windmill or just sit here and enjoy the full image.
I love the composition of the whole!!
Love the colors and composition. Like how the boat points you towards the right along the river. The mill adds interest to the upper left third. Good job.
Really enjoy this picture, recently got back from Holland and had a great trip but only managed to find a few of these to shoot, nothing as special as your capture, very nice!
This a beautiful photograph. Very well setup. I love windmills like this. Straight to favs for me.
