I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?
I like the way you've caught not only a progression of focus but the variety of positions this flower takes in it's life, from completely closed asleep to wide-spread joy at life to drooping senior moments.

Colours are natural and vibrant. Focus, clarity.. right where you want it.. good good DOF, in short.
