Being from the plains of America, the idea of open-aired restaurants is strange. This one is in the hotel I stayed at while in Bali. You see the vines frequently in places. They serve as sunshades. But there are no windows, no screens. The design does promote a constant breeze through the dining area. If you notice the far wall, it is covered with pathos plants -- the same I grow in my office for decoration.

Looks like a lovely place to dine...I really like the natural setting and how the vines serve as windows...nice capture.

I thought yesterday was supposed to be the first day of the rest of my life but it turns out today is. (Steve Martin)

Looks like a great place for a Vegetarian to eat Jeff.

I'll bet the air is exceedingly fresh from all the growth around the place. I'd guess those are aquariums behind the glass but I see no fish.

It is the hotel's swimming pool. But no humans were on display at the time of the photo.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
