I was unsuccessful in getting a good contrast for this image. I "think" it is a type of hyacinth, but I'm not certain. It caught my eye because it was orange instead of the usual blues or pinks.

You have to take it as it is, Jeff. I would like to say that the result is not disappointing. Thank you for your effort to achieve the best possible result.

A peach Hyacinth, eh? Very nice, indeed. I'm guessing you felt about the way I did when I came across a wide cluster of brown coneflower (echinacea)years ago. Rare and beautiful. Good thing you had a color digital to capture it, unlike my old b&w Minolta. No way I could prove the color, whereas you've got glorious identification and proof in one sweet shot.
