Paul, you've once again chosen a multi-explainable title for this intriguing photograph. Intriguing because of its shadowed areas. However, I assume you meant the title in a figurative way, rather than the literal one.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I had to do a triple-take, realizing I was seeing a fog bank, only identified by the very tops of high hills. Catching it at this moment was very opportune.
