Another canal in Hamburg lined on both sides with modern office buildings and also showing the locks at the entrance. There is a tidal difference (rise and fall) of about 12 feet in Hamburg and therefore locks are necessary in such canals.

To me this image was captured at the right moment, because of the beautiful lighting conditions. It gives an extra dimension to an already wonderful composition, Raj. Well done again, my friend.

Your timing was perfect Raj. I love your shots down the canals or up the canal whichever it is. The color of the buildings and that perfect sky make for a great team.
