If only she could just jump across to the zebra! But there is moat between them. This is one of my favourite shots at the zoo. I have posted similar ones before.

Very nice and "ironic" shot. LOL I love it. Nice composition.

A matter of instinct, Raj. Even a wide moat can't change her behaviour.
Seen and captured very well.
Great photograph!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . You suppose she just wants to be friends, Raj? I like this too. I think it's perfect that the focus is predominantly on the zebra and we get the idea of what is happening more from your choice of dof. A really fine shot.

I think the lion is just admiring the Zebra's stripped suit. Probably wants one just like it. Fantastic shot of the animals, Raj.

Great shot Raj. Lots of intensity in the young lions face.

I think the zebra is admiring those beefy hindquarters of the zebra. I love zebras. Nice capture.

The Zebra is lucky Raj. Although the lion will get enough food in the zoo... it is good to have something between. Great shot! Mich

You can take the lion out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the lion, Raj. This is a perfect example. It is my favorite too.
