HP: 5000 Bollard Pull: 70 Tons. Bollard pull is measured by pulling on a line with a measuring device on it. One end is on a bollard and the other end pulled by the tug.
As far as I know 'normal' harbor tugboats have around 50 tons of bollard pull. The largest harbor tugboats (situation about 2010) had/have around 60-65 tons of bollard pull, so the 'Fairplay 10' is is a very powerful one.
Thanks for this very nice and to me interesting image.

I contacted Jörg Mainzer and they said I need a boat before they could help me or at least some water. Wonderful shot and information. Captain Sea gave some good info as well.
I like seeing the tugs buzzing round The Mersey. They always seem so busy. An excellent image Raj and between your narrative and Cornelius' entry so much interesting information.
