You thought right - amazingly ornate brickwork and super reflections in the windows make an interesting picture. I don't know about Tiger beer - we have Tiger Tea here in New Zealand :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Referring to your narrative and Bob's comment above, it's wise that one always takes a camera with you, with one exception however: when you go to sleep, don't put your camera under your pillow, ☺ .

Was it overcast or is that a slightly veiled blue sky Raj?
Anyway I suspect this photograph was taken in the shadows so to speak. A good choice of aperture and shutter speed and I like the slightly low luminescence of this upload. (o:
Progress equals a trashed planet since mankind is too busy altering it. BTW find the classic definition of Caedes here. Enjoy yourself today (o: because you don't know what tomorrow may bring.
A myriad of lines and shapes, and an illustration of how these folks take pride in their property. I mean, there are some pretty cool facades in the old buildings on our Main Street but they don't use color and paint to delineate the details the way you're showing us here. Were you aware, Raj, that children with autism are particularly drawn to busy images--photos and illustrations? some of your submissions would be very popular among those folks.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
