Got lucky today....came across these stables and the horses happen to be out today grazing in the fields. I met the owner and she was more than happy for me to take some images, so I have a few to share. She even got them to run a bit for me.
This mare is Buttercup and she use to be a rescue horse until the right people got her away from the torture she was enduring...she is now "Enjoying Life".

Right into my favs, so happy she got this marvelous loving home. I just can't imagine people being so nasty to any animal and especially this gorgeous pinto. Fantastic image and can't wait to see more.
