You can enter it in two contests, Tom--in the current Negative Spaces II and Lyn's B&W challenge. It fits both categories so well it would be extremely hard for anyone to beat. The rippled reflections of the trees put me in mind of my drawing studio in the days I (long ago) when I went to college for fine art. This looks so much like a combination of photo realism and charcoal or (conte crayon). Worthy of physical exhibition as well as on the web.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Think you're talking about the Negative Space II contest. If so, it's a proper choice. It would be a perfect entry for the Wednesday B&W challenge as well. But that's up to you, Tom! Anyhow, a 'terrific' B&W image, my friend!
