While viewing a temple in a small city in bali, we heard loud shouts and commotion in a nearby street, and we came across a Bali funeral procession. Quite interesting, what impressed us the most was the positive feeling of this event. Snapped this photo quickly, and thought it may be of interest. Comments welcome.

Pelebon is the elaborate and expensive cremation of a member of the Ubud royal family in Bali. One might wonder what the Balinese philosophy is concerning photographing traditional religious events there but, looking to both the far left and far right in your photo, we see you're not the only one who was recording the event. The officer didn't seem to have a problem with it. -Nik

Very interesting image. The photo is very sharp and well composed under the circumstances. I see from the comment by Nikoneer that this was no ordinary funeral. You were at the right time and place for this shot.
