Took a different path through Thornley woods today.I came upon these Wood carvings by Tommy Craggs ..He has a knack of bringing dead trees back to life.This one's a Red Kite.It's a tree so it goes in the comp..R.

Tom (Tommy) is my next door neighbour!...It is fascination to watch him 'Chop out' (As he calls it!) these amazing pieces of art!...We have a few of his 'works' in our garden too, but not as good as this one!...
