I used to see many wrens when I was younger, but they have all but disappeared in my area Count. I once built a Wren Birdhouse but they weren't impressed with it. They called me a Slumlord.

Only Wren I know ! In Polish as I checked in a dictionary the name is "strzyżyk". But we also have another bird called "czyżyk" both pronounced similar is speaking fast. I see no difference - in writing nor in looks and I am ignorant about the birds in general !!! I had laughed my head off seeing the title hanging low tit or something ... your other post which I have not seen yet ! LOL

This is really neat. How often do you ever see small birds at that range, from the top.? And the surrounding material works well even if it happens to be a bird house.
