Richie, this image from the bin of the cozy corner must have been taken in a room of your house. Even without narrative one can recognize that the photograph in the framed picture on the wall is taken by you, because it has your trademark.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

Yes, the sweet maidens are the initial focus but as my eyes took in the picture as whole, a wonderful Richie waterfall is quickly noticed and appreciated, properly framed and hung on the wall.

It is gratifying to see that you mat and frame the occasional photograph from your portfolio, particularly a waterfall, my favorite. Visitors can then have a conversation starter.
