No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
What a gorgeous blue crown on this one. I have a feeling that the stripe that wraps around his head, right over his eye, could actually act as a defense mechanism, a camouflage if you will. In the presence of a predatory bided or other critters, hunkering down into something like a flower bed or twigs or something with lots of detail, that unique head would blend in quite well. I mean, that coloring and shading would definitely fool me. Other great capture, Richie.
