As you can see baby was hungry and mom was interested in watching me. She actually came up to me after this and let me pet her. Baby was curious but not enough to let me touch him.

So adorable and such a sweet little foal. Truly wonderful timing and I sure would love to give some loving care for those 2. The mare needs to put a little weight on. Must still be chilly, they still have their winter coats on.

It has snowed some today and it's bloody cold, -20C wind chill.
