I could not take you thru a tour of Concordia without showing you the Republican River one more time. This capture was taken in the mourning. I think the lighting was better. I thank all of you for your comments.

I have never seen the Republican River and I have never seen the Rio Grande, BTK===but for some reason I feel they are alike. Good post.

I like this photo Billy. The horizon seems a little off to me though, leaning to the left perhaps? You pulled off the sky replacement very well. I have seldom had such a successful result. I believe some blur or anti-aliasing could possibly make the transition between sky and trees a little smoother. Very nice composition and overall presentation. Well done.
