I took this one at my golf course today. There are alot more Geese at the course this year than last. I guess there are alot less preditors this year. They roam the course at there own will, They are pretty but they lack golf ediquette. They make noise just as you are about to make your swing and I am not even going to tell you what they do on the greens. I hope you like this one and thankyou for your comments.

Green is right, BTK. We have some around ours as well. One guy thought some kid had left some gum on the green and picked it up. He won't do that again. lol
They must be mating because they were noisy at our course today as well. Now if I could just train them to dive for golf balls.
Great shot of the carefree geese.

I had a goose steal a golf ball once...that was years ago. And one time I was on the practice range, and smoked a wormburner and hit a bird. Good thing I gave the game up!! Very nice shot of the water fowl, Billy.

Good capture. Nice to see the ducks in water with the suns glare reflecting in the ripple over the water body. The background woods also add to the total effect. Nice.

Billy - A little goose grease doesn't help the putting! At a local muni, one par three plays over a pond. Invariably, in the backswing, they honk as though laughing at the anticipated splash of a shot falling well short of the green. So, the geese don't help at the tee box either. Thad

It seems the Geese are enjoying the golf course more than the golfers. Lovely shot Billy. (o:

I like the way the water sparkles in the sun. Geese poop a lot, too. I imagine that makes for fun on the golf course.
