Have to be honest above being polite, Billy. The wonderful blue hills at the background caught my primary attention and then the green foreground. This is the reason that it wouldn't be my entry for the 'I love green' contest if this image was mine. But it's up to you of course. Like to say however that your compostion is perfect. The mix of great colors combined with the sunlighted red rocks and a wonderful sky, makes this to a stunning image. Have 'Saved & Faved' this image for this reason.
How did you get the Red Rocks of Colorado to the Blue Ridge Mountains back east? LOL. I agree with Mr. C about this not being a contest entry, mainly because of the blue being dominant in the shot. Excellent work, though. Nice shot, Billy.
A wonderful shot in the series BTK. You have received some sound advice about entering this in the contest. I tend to agree. A beautiful view and well presented.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
